RETURNS

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Mad Maddie must receive all merchandise within 15 days of receiving the purchase.  No credits or exchanges will be issued after 15 days.
  2. All merchandise must be received with its original packaging in re-saleable condition, including all tags.  Items must be in brand new condition and never worn.
  3. Merchandise returned which is tested functional and without defect is subject to a re-stocking fee of 15% of the product price.

Shipping costs will not be reimbursed unless we shipped an incorrect or defective item.


EXCHANGES

Items that do not fit can be exchanged for a different size, if available, or a substitute style may be chosen.  Items MUST be returned with the original packaging and tags attached in order to complete the exchange.  All items must be in brand new condition and never worn.  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Wrongly shipped items MUST be returned with the original packaging and tags attached in order for proper credit.  All items must be in brand new condition and never worn.  The correct item will be shipped at no cost within 3 business days of receiving the return.  Mad Maddie will reimburse you for the return shipping charges.
Defective Products

We take great care in the quality of our products, but if you find that an item is defective, return it to us along with the original packaging and tags attached.  We will exchange the defective item for a new item at no cost and will reimburse you for the return shipping charges.  Credit for items damaged in shipping must be claimed with the carrier.


All credits and replacements will be issued within 3 business days after receiving your return.

CANCELLATIONS

Once your online order is submitted, it is not possible to cancel the order.  If there is a mistake in your order (for example, a wrong size was chosen), please call us immediately so that we may correct it before shipping: 727.230.2193.  Once an order ships, the customer is responsible for paying postage to return the item and to ship the correct one.
